Coronavirus Precautions

During this unsettling time, I would like to assure you that providing a healthy environment for our residents and employees is a top priority at Kleinman Realty Co.


We continue to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and follow guidance and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and several professional organizations in our industry that allow us to implement policies aimed at helping us try to stay ahead of the transmission rate curve.


During this time, our staff will be increasing cleaning protocol in common areas regularly used by residents. We are requesting that our residents use our website portal for on-line rental payments and service requests. We are also encouraging virtual and FaceTime tours for our prospective renters.  In person leasing tours will be very limited.


In addition to the CDC-recommended cleaning standards, our employees have been provided CDC guidelines on the importance of proper handwashing techniques.  Best practices in virus prevention have also been shared, including the need to cover coughs and sneezes and most importantly to stay home if they are feeling sick.


Our staff members have been asked to reconsider non-essential travel plans and report all travel plans to their direct supervisor.  Any staff member who may have been exposed or has returned from at-risk locations, will be required to implement a 14-day self-quarantine policy that will be strictly enforced.
